A Really Mice Fall!

Fall has definitely arrived in the Ohio area! There's a chill in the air, trees are changing color, and fall decorations are being displayed everywhere! Fall is my favorite time of year so I'm trying to enjoy each and every moment of it.

The Stampendous Design Team has been challenged to create with a theme of "A Really Mice Fall" for this week. I thought this cute Halloween card with the Mice Costume Stamp fit the theme perfectly!

Trick or Treating Fun!
Don't forget our team is participating in the 31 Days of Halloween! The Design Team members are excited to be bringing a daily dose of Halloween inspiration. We had such a great time for the Smeared Ink blog hop last year with Terra that we wanted to come back for another year and then we didn’t sign up in time. We’ll still provide their hop list every day so you won’t miss out on the fabulous projects from them.

And of course, there are PRIZES!!! We have tons of prizes for this hop and as usual, comment on our blog and our design team blogs that get linked up here throughout our 31 Days post! See Official Contest Rules and then watch for details in our Monday post when we get the hop into full swing.

Back to today's creation!

Instructions:
Step 1:  From an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of Harvest Orange cardstock, first cut at 7" from one long side, this leaves you a 1 1/2" x 11" strip to cut into 4 pieces 1 1/2" x 2 3/4", cut the big piece to 7" x 10" and fold in half to form an A7 top fold card
Step 2:  Stamp the Mice Costumes image on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of white cardstock with Tuxedo Black ink, color with Copic markers
Step 3: Use the Fitted Frames size R set to die cut the Mice Costumes and a matching black mat, adhere together
Step 4:  Wrap the black ribbon around the image and fasten with Glue Dots, tie a small matching bow and adhere with a Glue Dot
Step 5:  Cut a 2 1/4" x 6 3/4" piece from the Brews and Potions paper, edge with the 100 marker, adhere near the bottom of the card front
Step 6:   Stamp the Prowl image randomly on the 4 small pieces of Harvest Orange with Tuxedo Black, edge with 100 marker, adhere across the top of the card equally spacing them out
Step 7:  Cut a 6 3/4" strip of the ruler section of the Brews and Potions paper, edge with 100, adhere across where the two backgrounds match up
Step 8: Use foam tape to attach the mouse image

This is so sweet. I'm going to have to practice a whole lot-to be able to color like you! And I really like your choice for a background. I want to try that soon.
